Mahi Tahi review with Pip

Pip called in  to go through the Mahi Tahi document, We managed to do the audit that was requested from the ministry. this was a change to the original statement from them. Today was basically an audit for what we had done with the facilitators , when we had met and what our next steps were. We used evidence collected from 2015 for the and will do the same again for 2016.

KEY POINTS and ACTIONS

1. We need a central collection point for copies of obs tool documents
2. Bot with Hautu lead by a member of SCLT and Bot rep.
3. We need to complete the intensity tool with the SCLT- 30th May
4. PLD We need to put the questions from last terms PLD to the staff to collect evidence for acceleration                                
5. Share the Mahi Tahi completed form, with the SCLT
